LIGHT & WONDER EXHIBITION ICE 2024
THE BRIEF
Smyle, an experiential creative agency and exhibition specialist, approached The Halo Group with a unique project brief for a bespoke exhibition stand. Their client required a striking installation at the renowned ICE gaming conference held at Excel, London. With a focus on delivering immersive gaming experiences, Smyle sought our expertise to create a dynamic space that would captivate attendees and provide functional meeting areas for client engagements.
THE SOLUTION
We designed a mezzanine using our modular steel structure system as the canvas for a 16m LED screen and gaming customer experience fit-out. Due to the high weight loading capacity of the structure and multiple fixing points as standard the LED screen and production can be fixed directly to the structure without the need for additional support.
Additionally, the design included multiple closed off office spaces on the first floor to facilitate client meetings amidst the bustling conference atmosphere.
With a limited time-frame of just 15 hours to build the structure, our team had to execute the installation swiftly and seamlessly to meet the client’s expectations without compromising on quality or safety standards. Drawing on our expertise in exhibition installations, we approached the project with detailed planning and transparent client communication.
The collaboration between Smyle and The Halo Group exemplifies the power of synergy in bringing creative visions to life. By leveraging our expertise in modular construction and event installations, we help transform ordinary spaces into extraordinary experiences.
