Our Values
Value 01
We don’t settle for the standard and get excited by the challenges that come with pushing boundaries. Extraordinary happens when we think big, put our ideas to the test and learn.
Value 02
We are conscious in our decision making and don’t compromise on quality. We are proud to put our names to everything we do, from the day to day emails and smallest of details on our beams to our show stopping structures.
Value 03
We value diversity and the unstoppable momentum we can create by bringing together the unique skills, experiences and talents of each team member. We seek, ask, listen and learn.
Value 04
We don’t take ourselves too seriously, have no room for egos and create an environment for everyone to be themselves. Clients, crew and partners all love working with us because we are genuinely good people.
Value 05
We have the experience and expertise to confidently back our decisions. If we don’t know we put the work in and reach out to experts who do. Quick fixes aren’t our thing we are in it for the long game.
Our Team
Our Culture
Culture is something we take seriously at Halo. We believe if you get the culture right everything else will follow.
Halo started out its journey as three friends with a love for music and parties. Parties evolved into events, events into festivals and eventually grew into the specialist structure company we are today. The one thing that Halo has retained from those first parties is the culture. Everyone is welcome to be themselves and dream big. Find out more about what we are doing to strengthen our culture in our recent news article.
MEASURING HAPPINESS
The foundation of our success is to do all we can to ensure the happiness of our team. To verify our culture and ensure every single team member feels heard and valued, we work with culture specialists HappyHQ to understand what’s important to our team across 8 key culture principles. We then use this insight to create the culture people want and deserve at Halo. In our 2023 audit the top 3 things people valued the most working at Halo were the people, the projects and the flexibility.
